Information and Assistance

The front desk is at your disposal for any needs you may have. Hours of operation are:

Winter: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Summer: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. For arrivals between 10:00 p.m. and midnight, you must contact us in advance; there is an extra charge of €50.

Check-out: by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

If you arrive before check-in time or have to leave after check-out, you can still leave your luggage and park your car.
