La Bière d'Ayas - The soul of the mountain in every sip

Brewing beer in the mountains is a choice of passion and endurance. Here, amidst the peaks of the Val d’Ayas, the climate is harsh, the soil inaccessible and agricultural work requires absolute dedication. But it is precisely this challenge that makes our beer unique: the purity of the air, the crystal-clear water of the alpine springs and the sustainable cultivation of cereals give each sip authenticity and character.

We grow barley and rye between 1500 and 1800 metres, without fertilisers or pesticides, respecting the rhythms of nature and preserving a precious balance. Our hops are carefully selected, choosing suppliers who share our concern for quality and the environment. Our production is low impact: even deliveries are made by electric van, because the mountains are not only our home, but also our responsibility.

Every beer we produce tells a story of hard work and dedication, but above all of love for this land. A niche product, for those who seek not only quality, but an authentic experience rooted in the land.

Our Beers

Our beers are born from the union of tradition and experimentation, using local ingredients and artisanal processes.

In our brewery, we distinguish between Perennial Beers, which are always available, and Quando Ci Sono (the When There Are Beers, limited productions linked to seasonality and the availability of raw materials.
